This 4–5″ star bloom has every Barbie fan captivated with its pinwheel pink and yellow center fun feel. It is unique and original from seed. It tends to close up at night and re-open in the day. Plant height is 5-6′. We call it Pink Elephant or (PE) Pinwheel because our grandmother, Bee Haverfield designed Seattle’s iconic Pink Elephant Car Wash sign in the 50’s and we’re creating varieties with her in mind. She used to give us kids pinwheels to play with and this reminds me of those days.
